Delivery



Q. Where do you ship from?
A. Our suppliers has a warehouse in the UK. Since the products may be shipped from different location, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.
 
Q. How much do we charge for shipping?
A. The shipping service is free for all orders over £15. Please see below the breakdown of delivery charges
  • lesser than £9.99 - £2.99 for delivery
  • £10 - £14.99 - £1.49 for delivery
  • £15 and above - Free delivery

In addition, we charge, £4.49 for express delivery, which usually delivers within 1-2 working days.

We have improved our shipping service with faster, more reliable delivery, which means the price is higher than a standard delivery.

Please note: High value products will be dispatched through UPS next day.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. Shipping time for our UK customers is about 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
